Submit your return/replace within 10 days
Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it. Return Package should have the original Price tag and Packaging slip
Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, 365Mall shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise. In case the product was damaged while in your possession, 365mall will not be under any liability to process the refund/replacement
Only for major damage, Parcel opening video must from start without any pause to show the damage. It is a request to all of you please make a video showing tracking & customer address details while unboxing the parcel when received. If any defect damage or anything else shows in video. If there is no video, no products going to be replaced. We are not responsible because each and every product is checked before dispatching.
