Returns & Replacements

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product??


Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases -

  • Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style

  • Wrong item ordered/ delivered

  • Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired

  • Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)

  • Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging

  • Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/Parts

  • No Invoice/Warranty Received – Available on Electronics only

  • If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories) If Serial Number is tampered

  • For Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or Reported after 10 days of the Delivery

  • For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 2 days of the delivery

  • For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page and Terms & Conditions page




Which categories are not eligible for returns/ replacement?


Returns/ Replacement requests will not accepted under following cases –

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?


No, But you need to self-ship the product to us (address will be emailed to you). Courier charges will be reimbursed by us (Write to :< Contact365mall@gmil.com>). The courier charges eligible for reimbursement are up to Rs.300.




How will I know that my Returned product has reached you?


You will receive an email from us within 24-48 Hours of Pickup, along with the Tracking details.

What are various modes of payment available?


We accept multiple modes of payment such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATM cards and Paypal




My order transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. What should I do?


Payment can fail due to a technical glitch or due to incorrect payment credentials. If the amount has been deducted from your account without order confirmation, please do not place a second order for the same product. Within 48-hours, your order will automatically be confirmed by our system & a confirmation will be sent to you through Email and SMS. However, if your order is not confirmed or you get a payment declined message, please check with your bank for details or contact us. You may be required to submit a screenshot of your account statement.

Please stay rest assured that your amount will be refunded to you in case of failed order transaction.

  • Beware of fraudulent (duplicate/unofficial) sites and fake offers.

  • Never share your 365mall Account Details like Personal Details, Password, OTP or Credit/Debit Card Details with anyone on Call/Email, if someone claims to be a 365mall representative.

  • We will never ask you to deposit funds in any Bank Account.

Who can sell at 365mall.com?


365mall is a Business 2 Consumer shopping platform. You have to be a business entity to be able to sell on 365mall. You could be a manufacturer, brand owner, retailer/reseller, franchise holder or a distributor. You can also be a professional artist/artisan or just a trader who can do excellent sourcing and outstanding customer services. This way we ensure that only professional and quality sellers come on 365mall.




How and where do I contact to sell with 365mall?


Please visit https://www.365mall.in/vendor-seller-reseller-registration and fill up the form, or Write a mail to . Please note that 365mall will first verify you before your online store is live at 365mall.




How can I upload my products in 365mall.com catalog?


You have to send a list product in specific format (we will send you the format). Our Admin will going add and manage all the products.

You can change your product description, price, quantity, discount offered, bundling etc, it shall intimate to the Firm at least 48 hours (Two days) in advance.

In case the Vendor/Seller is running out of supplies or is likely not to fulfill the Order received by the Firm, it shall intimate to the Firm at least 48 hours (Two days) in advance so that notice of OUT OF STOCK for the product can be placed on the website.




When do I receive the money that I sell at 365mall.com?


We have a weekly payment cycle. Every Saturday money (order final value minus our service fees) will be electronically transferred for all Completed Orders occurred two weeks back to your mentioned bank account.




Who is responsible for collecting and paying VAT/CST/GST?


Merchants/sellers are responsible of collecting and paying the accurate VAT/CST/GST. 365mall.com only provides online channel and communication platform that connects sellers and buyers but the buying and selling is the contract between buyers and sellers. Merchant Selling Price should be inclusive of all taxes.




Who handles shipping?


It is the responsible of the merchants for pick, pack and ship.




What is the return policy at 365mall?


365mall has its universal return policy for certain scenarios to build trust and ensure safety. We cover our customers under our Buyer Protection Policy, under which a customer has 10 days to return an order to the seller for full refund including shipping charges in case of wrong color, wrong size, wrong quantity, manufacturing defects, not genuine product, not new product, or product significantly different than listing description. On the completion of the buyer protection period and if the customer has not registered a return complaint, the order will be considered complete and payment will be made on the closest Friday. It is the responsible of the merchants receive the return an order.




Selling service fee ?


A selling service fee is charged upon a successful execution of a transaction. You pay us a percentage fee on final sale value only when you sell. Please contact us on for further details on our Final Value Fee structure.




Is there any Vendor/Seller agreement for provision of e-commerce services ?


Yes,it will cummincated after the Vendor/Seller registation and varification is over.
